Before putting them on, lightly spray the inside of the pads with water so the contact is good and you can feel the intensity. The shorts fit snugly so the pads touch everywhere.

Choose mode and level
8 impulse patterns, 19 intensity levels. All set directly on the unit at the waistband, no app and no pairing.

Let it run for ten minutes
Then take the unit off. The shorts are machine washable at 30 degrees.

Which size fits me?
M fits EU 38 to 40, L fits EU 40 to 42, XL fits EU 42 to 44. If you are between two sizes, take the smaller one. The fabric gives, and the shorts need to fit snugly so the pads make contact.

No. Everything is controlled from the small unit at the waistband. No pairing, no phone needed.
