How it works

EMS stands for electrical muscle stimulation. Electrodes deliver mild current impulses that prompt the muscles to contract. With emsforms this happens through pads built into the shorts.

How a session runs

  1. Put them on. The shorts fit like a pair of short sports leggings.
  2. Choose a mode. 8 modes with different impulse patterns, controlled from the unit at the waistband.
  3. Set the intensity. 19 levels. Start at level 1 and work your way up.
  4. Carry on. 10 minutes per session is the guideline.

What is inside

  • Electrode pads. Built into the fabric and placed so they sit on the glutes and thighs. Nothing slips, nothing has to be stuck on.
  • Control unit at the waistband. One button for the mode, two for the intensity. You can reach it sitting or standing.
  • 8 modes, 19 levels. Eight impulse programmes, each with 19 intensity levels. The lowest is barely noticeable, the highest is distinct.
  • Cable free. No connection, no device next to you. The shorts work on their own.

What EMS is not

Not a replacement for exercise, not a treatment, not a miracle cure. It is an additional stimulus you can take without setting time aside for it.

Please read the safety information before your first session.
