Returns and Refunds

Please read this policy before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Hygiene Products & Opened Items Excluded

EMS Shorts are a hygiene product worn directly against the skin. Once the packaging or seal has been opened, the product is strictly excluded from exchange, return, and resale for hygiene and health reasons. This applies regardless of whether the product has been worn.

Opened items that are returned regardless will not be accepted or refunded. Upon request, the item can be shipped back to you at your own expense. If no response is received within 14 days, the item will be disposed of.

2. When a Return is Possible

A return and refund are strictly possible only if the product is completely unopened, unused, and returned in its original sealed packaging (OVP), including all accessories and inserts. The return must be requested in writing within 14 days of delivery. Unannounced returns cannot be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer bears all return shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes, and import fees incurred by the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as the risk of loss remains with the customer until the shipment reaches us.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Sections 1 to 3 do not apply if the delivered goods are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping if required.

6. Statutory Rights by Country

This policy does not limit any rights granted to you by the laws of your country.

• Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and repair or replacement for a minor failure.

• New Zealand: The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies.

• Singapore: The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, including Lemon Law rules, applies.

• Switzerland: Statutory warranty rights according to the Code of Obligations apply. Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery.

• USA: There is no general federal right of return for a change of mind. Rights under your specific state law remain unaffected.

7. Cancellations Before Shipping

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item, credited to the original payment method.
