Please read this policy before you order. By completing your order you confirm that you have read and accepted it.
1. Hygiene product, opened items are excluded
The EMS shorts are a hygiene product worn directly on the skin. Once the packaging or the seal has been opened, the product is excluded from exchange, return and resale for hygiene and health reasons. This applies whether or not the product has been worn.
Opened items that are sent back anyway will not be refunded. On request they can be returned to you at your cost. If we receive no reply within 14 days, they will be disposed of.
2. When a return is possible
A return is only possible if the product is completely unopened and unused and is sent back in its sealed original packaging with all accessories and inserts. The return must be requested in writing within 14 days of delivery. Unannounced returns cannot be processed.
3. Cost of the return
You bear all return shipping costs as well as any customs duties, taxes and import charges arising from the return. The original shipping cost is not refunded. We recommend a tracked service, as the risk of loss remains with you until the parcel reaches us.

5. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Points 1 to 3 do not apply if the goods delivered are faulty, were damaged in transit or are not what you ordered. In that case contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will then arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including a return if we ask for one.
6. Statutory rights by country
This policy does not limit any rights given to you by the law of your country.
- Australia. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to repair or replacement for a failure that is not major.
- New Zealand. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies.
- Singapore. The Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act applies, including the Lemon Law provisions.
- Switzerland. Statutory warranty for defects under the Code of Obligations applies. Defects must be notified immediately after discovery.
- United States. There is no general federal right to return goods because you changed your mind. Any wider rights under the law of your state are unaffected.
7. Cancelling before dispatch
If your order has not shipped yet, write to us as soon as possible. We will cancel it and refund the full amount.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and checking the return, to the original payment method.
