We ship with Direct Express to five countries: the United States, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Delivery time
Around 6 to 10 business days from receipt of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday. Around public holidays and other peak periods it can take a few days longer.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in the price in all five countries. There is no minimum order value.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you receive an email with the tracking number, so you can follow the delivery at any time.
Import, duties and taxes
Your order ships directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Whether charges apply on import depends on the destination country. The rules differ and they change:
- United States. The former exemption for low value shipments no longer applies. Duties and fees can be charged on your shipment. Please expect this.
- Switzerland. Import VAT is charged on entry. Very small amounts are not collected, but an order of around 80 euros is usually above that threshold.
- Australia. Shipments up to 1,000 AUD are free of customs duty. GST can apply to the value of the goods.
- New Zealand. Shipments up to 1,000 NZD are free of customs duty. GST can apply to the value of the goods.
- Singapore. GST can apply to imported goods.
Any charges are borne by the recipient unless something different is shown at checkout. We give no assurance that a shipment arrives free of charges.
Address and delivery
Please check your delivery address before you place the order. It cannot be changed once the order has shipped.
