Shipping & Delivery

We ship via Direct Express to five countries: USA, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Delivery Time

Approximately 6 to 10 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday. During peak times, such as around public holidays, delivery may take a few days longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included in the price for all five countries. There is no minimum order value.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to track your delivery at any time.

Import, Customs, and Taxes

Your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. Whether import duties or taxes apply depends on the destination country. Local laws vary and are subject to change:

• USA: The previous exemption threshold for small shipments no longer applies. Customs duties and fees may be charged on shipments. Please account for possible fees.

• Switzerland: Import VAT is levied upon entry. While very low tax amounts are waived, an order value of around €80 typically exceeds the duty-free limit.

• Australia: Shipments up to AUD 1,000 are duty-free. GST (Goods and Services Tax) may apply to the order value.

• New Zealand: Shipments up to NZD 1,000 are duty-free. GST (Goods and Services Tax) may apply to the order value.

• Singapore: GST may apply to imported goods.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, unless stated otherwise at checkout. We cannot guarantee that a shipment will arrive free of duties or taxes.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Changes to the address are no longer possible once the order has been shipped.
